What does MasVR include?
Your MasVR subscription unlocks the full game library — hundreds of casual and family-friendly games across many categories, with new titles added regularly. Everything is included in one recurring fee; there are no extra purchases inside games.
What kind of games are on MasVR?
Casual and family-friendly games: arcade and action, puzzles and match-3, kids adventures, dress-up and style, coloring and creativity, racing, animal-care, cooking, word and brain games, learning games and more.
Is MasVR suitable for children?
Yes. Our kids and family categories focus on bright, gentle, easy-to-play games with friendly content. Because everything is part of your one subscription, there are no surprise in-game charges while children play.
How was I subscribed?
You signed up through the secure sign-up page and confirmed the subscription through your mobile account. As soon as that finished, your account was activated with full library access.
How much does it cost?
MasVR is a recurring subscription billed to your Movistar account. Two plans are available: MXN 30 per week (Telefónica Prepaid) or MXN 100 per month (Telefónica Postpaid). Your plan and amount are confirmed on the sign-up page before you continue.
What devices does MasVR support?
MasVR runs on most modern smartphones, tablets and PCs. Sign in with your account and play across the devices you already own.
How do I contact support?

How do I cancel?
You can cancel anytime by texting STOP from your Movistar phone, or by emailing our customer care team at soporte@masvr-mx.com. Your subscription stops renewing and you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
